BEGINNERS PILATES
Want to start Pilates but unsure how to go about it? This series of classes will teach you the basics and enable you to start your Pilates journey. You will be introduced to the most common Pilates exercises and each short class will gradually allow you to build up to a complete class
BODY CONDITIONING / LIIT
Body Conditioning classes ranging from 30-45 minutes designed to work the whole body
LIIT classes include protocols like Tabata, 30/30/30, Accumulator – cardio, lower body and upper body training in short 15-30 minute blocks
DANCE FITNESS
Old-style aerobics classes with more low impact variations which are suitable for everyone. Great fun and guaranteed to lift your mood!
PILATES
These classes are for participants who have some experience – use of equipment including soft ball, resistance bands, activation bands, light weights and the Pilates circle allow you to add additional resistance to familiar moves
YOGA
This section will include a Beginner’s block followed by 60 minute classes which focus on different areas.
LADIES WHO LIFT
This series of classes is aimed at ladies who are either new to or returning to using weights as part of their fitness program. There is a ‘back to basics’ section which goes over techniques which will be used in the program and the rest of the videos go through a variety of protocols which combine cardio and use of light weights
CHAIR-BASED EXERCISE
This series of classes is a work in progress and will include a variety of short videos for those who need to use a chair.
